“I even went through PayPal to try and get my money back. I followed thier returns policy to the letter after they sent me two items instead of one and charged me twice. After numerous messages it’s now to late to return and I’ve lost double my money.
I must say PayPal we’re disappointing, even though I sent them all the e mails, photos and tracking codes I’m still getting, despite them telling PayPal different.

“Ordered a pair of shoes on April 29th but did not receive them. The charge was made to a certain person with no available contact information. After a long day of trying to find who to contact, I finally got hold of a number and told them the problem. They were very helpful and opened up a case number for me. Now I just have to wait 10 days and see if I am either contacted by the seller or a refund. Fingers crossed.”
“Worst return prossedure that i have ever experienced in an online shop. They don't even had my country in the return form.

“I don't think I've ever experienced worse service from an online retailer. Bought 2 pairs of jeans, they told me they'd shipped when in fact they hadn't.
I had to do all the running around with their shippers to prove that goods weren't shipped, and eventually raised a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
A month later they suddenly send me a refund notification, and tell me to wait 10 days. After those 10 days I contact them and they show me a credit notice in their system which "proves" they refunded me, and my order shows in their system as refunded.
Three days later I'm told they're not refunding me because I have raised a dispute through my bank, but my bank says they're waiting on Bestseller, so they haven't credited my account.
It's now SIX WEEKS since I gave this company £56.45 and I doubt if I will ever recover my money.
Only buy from these people if you're prepared to lose whatever money you spend.”
