Return an item on 30/6/22and never got the refund. I have contacted Australia customer service by phone and email several times. Keep telling same story over and over, they have got the item and will refund the money in my credit card. It has passed 4 months already and Im still waiting for.
I’m not a new customer. I have been shopping at mango for 20+ years. Very disappointed!!!
