I purchased a turtleneck sweater yesterday and washed it with cold water before wearing it. Unfortunately, it shrank significantly. I had the receipt, but the tag has been removed. I called the store they did not help me .Also I called the customer service they did not have any solution . why should I pay for a product that is no different in quality from much cheaper brand

Ceva foarte rău, am făcut o comandă în noiembrie, a ajuns după 3 săptămâni, am trimis coletul înapoi pt schimbare de mărime și de-abia după 5 emailuri de la mine mi au băgat banii înapoi fără a ma contacta, întreba nimic eu am cerut schimb… nu retur. Motivul indicat de ei dupa al 6-lea e-mail de la mine a fost ca nu aveau mărimea în stoc, poi când am fost anunțată? Plus ca mărimea dorită de mine e află în stoc pe aplicație în tot timpul acesta(am verificat constant). Se putea să mă întrebe ce doresc să fac, aștept sau doresc banii înapoi, ceva orice. Foarte dezamăgită de customer service ul lor, eu personal nu am mai întâlnit așa ceva. Ei practic fac ce vor. Zero din toate punctele de vedere!

Poor quality of items, unhelpful customer service, website where you cannot change your email even if logged into your account, in 'My Details'. And even if you contact the customer service (via email since their CS is unavailable on weekends), they do not respond, so you have to call multiple times. Can have decent designs, but quality is lacking overall.

Terrible quality and and extremely poor customer service. I contacted then regarding a refund on an item 14 days past their 30 day return and they refused to do anything for me even though there is no question there is a defect in the item.

What an insane MESS MANGO maKES with your return QR codes! 1. First MANGO website TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST doesn't work! 2. Then I called in numerous times only to be LIED to MULTIPLE TIMES by MANGO customer service reps. 3. Then they sent me QR codes that do not match the order numbers, 4. nor do they provide pix which QR code belongs to which item 5. Then you have RETURN Numbers but they are not referenced in the QR codes! Adding to the mess of which QR code works with which item. 6. Supervisors are not available when I ask for them at Customer Service.! WHICH person/s is/are in charge of your returns??? They need to be fired immediately. No other online store makes such a massive mess out of their return codes. Now I will RETURN EVERYTHING - just because this is not how to do business and will delete my account once this is finished. HORRENDOUS! Is this company run out of ...? It seems like a zoo keeper is in charge here.

I went to there tonight "Mangos " I had a rough day studying, I have never lived any where it was legal. I hate that that i am not real familiar on the best to get after a hard day So Andrea was my bud tender, I asked her what's good. She had a couple of suggestions, which I choose a couple of. bc theres a great sale going on always, lowest prices I found. Thank you Andrea, that was a great suggestion!! Thanks to all the 🥭 Mango family bc they make us feel like it!

Ik krijg mijn geld van een retour niet. Ik neem contact op. Dan krijg je een bot. Daarna krijg ik gelijk maar het wordt niet opgelost maar gewoon weggedrukt. Ik zou binnen 12 dagen mijn geld krijgen. Dat zegt de klantenservice zelf ook maar het is nu 14 dagen. Dus ik vraag waar ik een klacht in kan dienen omdat ik gewoon word weggeklikt en mijn geld niet heb gekregen, zegt ie doodleuk dat klachten worden genegeerd.

The Heck with Mango. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else - ANYWHERE else I ordered $1000 worth of clothes from Mango US. I ordered a medium and it was too small so I had to order a large. There was a price difference of $10 to go from the Medium to a Large. Why? I don't know. I'm 5 foot three and I weigh 110 pounds and I couldn't squeeze into the medium, I called to ask for a price adjustment and instead the guy on the phone in some country I can't identify canceled my order. Now I can't purchase the large because the website is saying out of stock. I know they have at least one! Customer service is horrible, and I will never buy anything here again and neither should you.

I am reaching out directly to you by name as my attempts to resolve a simple overcharging issue through Mango UK’s usual channels—email, store follow-ups, and even WhatsApp—have repeatedly failed. The WhatsApp chat is frequently closed after just one minute, even before I can explain the issue in full. This is particularly disheartening given the need for considerate support for customers with disabilities. What’s happened: On 29 July 2025, I was overcharged at your Watford store—the price displayed on the ticket was lower than what was charged. I have provided all relevant proof, including the receipt and ticket price. Multiple case files have been opened: 18393182, 18428927, 18429361, and 18355457. Despite 10 follow-up emails and three internal escalations from Mango to the store, the issue remains unresolved. This is not a complex problem, nor should it be. It is deeply frustrating that Mango’s service systems won’t let me explain or resolve a legitimate issue—especially within the minute-long restriction of WhatsApp or come back to via the email channels. The same default email from mango and three weeks later no resolution or anyone once Mango trying to sort this out. Customer service is awful and I will not be purchasing again.

Ordered a dress online but it's arrived with security tag attached, so I contacted customer service and been told that I have to fix this problem myself. They're not going to do anything to resolve this matter that they're coursing. Very poor customer service.
