I recently had a terrible experience with Mango's customer service regarding a refund. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and false promises. The representatives I dealt with were not only unprofessional but also dishonest. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I will not be shopping with Mango again. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with their customer service.
