“This company doesn't even deserve one star. My account was blocked without any explanation, and despite reaching out to their support team multiple times over the past two weeks, I’ve received nothing but vague promises and copy-paste replies. They’ve failed to provide a valid reason for the account block, and I haven’t received any refund—they simply claim I can’t withdraw. This is nothing short of THIEVES. THE COMPANY OPERATE LIKE A SCAM. Thankfully, I was fortunate to get help from Mrs. Doris Ashley, who understood my situation and took action to assist with my refund. “I recently had a terrible experience with Mango's customer service regarding a refund. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and false promises. The representatives I dealt with were not only unprofessional but also dishonest. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I will not be shopping with Mango again. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with their customer service.”

“I placed an order with Mango and was given an order number. Never received tracking number or which carrier is delivering my item. Luckily, I was checking my emails and saw that my jacket was delivered…. I checked but nothing was delivered. Can’t even get a hold of someone. $100 down the drain.”

“EVERYTHING WENT WRONG! Firstly, the delivery very delayed, finally they sent the item but no Information about the carrier, the possible date of delivery or even the tracking number. All my emails were unanswered. FINALY the jacket arrives and another unpleasant surprise with it , one sleeve is shorter and the lining sticks out !!!! Terrible terrible terrible! What the hell MANGO??!!”

“Am 21.09.2024 bestellte ich eine Hose über Online-Shop, die jedoch nie bei mir ankam. Nach zahlreichen Nachfragen wurde mir nach Wochen mitgeteilt, dass der Artikel bei Mango nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Die haben mir die Rückerstattung versprochen, aber auch diese war bisher erfolglos. Es ist äußerst ärgerlich, und unverschämt..”
