“HORRIBLE. I had a wedding and bought a nice trench coat to wear to event; the order canceled itself THREE times, due to "out of stock". Even though, the item was actually never out of stock on the website, just internally I guess. They don't update their inventory; I spent a whole month buying the coat over and over and still haven't found a solution. Ive waited hours on the phone for them to have no solution or idea of situation. I got no trench coat for the wedding.”

“This company doesn't even deserve one star. My account was blocked without any explanation, and despite reaching out to their support team multiple times over the past two weeks, I’ve received nothing but vague promises and copy-paste replies. They’ve failed to provide a valid reason for the account block, and I haven’t received any refund—they simply claim I can’t withdraw. This is nothing short of THIEVES. THE COMPANY OPERATE LIKE A SCAM. Thankfully, I was fortunate to get help from Mrs. Doris Ashley, who understood my situation and took action to assist with my refund. “I recently had a terrible experience with Mango's customer service regarding a refund. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and false promises. The representatives I dealt with were not only unprofessional but also dishonest. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I will not be shopping with Mango again. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with their customer service.”

“I placed an order with Mango and was given an order number. Never received tracking number or which carrier is delivering my item. Luckily, I was checking my emails and saw that my jacket was delivered…. I checked but nothing was delivered. Can’t even get a hold of someone. $100 down the drain.”
