After making a sizable investment on the website, I was unable to take any money out. They vehemently refused to let me move a portion of my account balance when I attempted to talk to them about the circumstances. However, it seemed as though my identity had been stolen and I was unable to access my own account. After denouncing them to the Loudouin*com administration, I received my money back in three days. I was able to receive my money back by providing proof of my fraud to (Loudouin*com). Try them out.

Terrible Bought a dress...payd in cash...returned 2 days later...the employee asked if i would agree by return with pin because off cash flow...i agreed and 3 weeks later still haven t my money back! After a lot of calls and emails to no afail...still haven t my money back!now the bank has to investigate...wich in my opinion takes 5 minutes!but noooooo...not by Mango! Terrible experiense and we will never shop there again (Mango Drachten/Eveline Voogt was the employee)

There are a lot of untrue recommendations and it’s hard to tell who is legit. If you have lost money to scam contact Mrs.Doris Ashley and her team, they will surely help you out. It took me a long time to find them. I placed and order for pack of socks on May 10 supposed to be to me by 15th. Tracking stuck in nj according to tracking info. I don’t even think they deserve a ⭐️ but only option to review. DO NOT USE

On line information for a drop off point circles around and around getting you nowhere. It is impossible to find my drop off point . This is the second time this has happened making me think this is done on purpose. I will have to call again and speak to a representative. This was very difficult to do last time also. Poor business model. I rarely shop this site because of this extra effort.

Mango chased Evri over a week after the delivery should have arrived then told me the delay was because I'd diverted to parcelshop so it had to be returned to the depot for new labels. The divert had taken place less than 40mins after it was logged at the depot. Anyway....Evri finally admitted it was lost and £180 refund is on its way and I will never order from Mango again or advise friends to. Mango, change your delivery contract!

Awful customer service.. Bought an item online, after 2 weeks it had not been dispatched.. contacted them and was told its on out way and given a trace code, and told will be with me in 3 days. A week later, still nothing, again lots of excuses. Tried to call, no luck. explained this is a gift, and i don't mind waiting if i know it will come.. told oh yes its on its way.. then refund out of the blue, sorry we don't have the item in stock.. and now they do not care about reaching a conclusion of there mistakes

The staff at Square One were exceptionally helpful with a return I completed. It was a little bit complicated but the staff was very helpful and ensured that I received the refund. Very good customer service.

Place or on 26th Feb & 7th March to date still waiting for delivery. No customer service where could actually speak to someone. The delivery service is so poor. Love the brand however bad customer service which is a shame.

Dear Mango / ALHOKAIR Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the branch manager / Shift leader at your MANGO store, located at City Stars Mall- Heliopolis, on Tuesday, Feb 20th, 2024. As a loyal customer of Mango, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the generally positive customer service experience in your stores. However, my recent visit to the City Stars Mall- Heliopolis branch was a bad experience because of the inappropriate and disrespectful attitude of the branch senior / shift leader, and unfortunately, I don't know his name. During my visit, the branch manager displayed unprofessional behavior that disappointed me deeply. Firstly, he could have been more dismissive when I approached them requesting a refund of a purchased product within only three days. he showed a lack of interest and failed to provide me with the required assistance. Additionally, his tone of voice was condescending and rude, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. His behavior was completely unacceptable and did not align with the high standards of customer service that I have come to expect from Mango.   As a branch head, he should set an example for the team and uphold the company's values and standards of customer service. However, his actions fell far below these expectations. Seeing such behavior from a person in a position of responsibility is disheartening. Please take immediate action to address this issue. His behavior warrants disciplinary action, up to and including termination if necessary. Maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both customers and employees is crucial. Furthermore, please ensure that all staff at the City Stars Mall- Heliopolis branch receive proper training on customer service etiquette and professionalism to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.   Please take my complaint seriously and prioritize resolving this matter. I value my relationship with Mango and that addressing this issue promptly will only strengthen our bond. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I signed up for the website, but it told me to invest right away. I made some investments, and after a few trades, they introduced me to a woman named Michelle. I wanted to close my account, but he told me I had to pay $500 to get my money back. Completely fraudulent; take away: Never trust any advertisements you see. Do your homework before losing money. T O N E L I M I T E D assisted me in getting my money back from them, and if you happen to lose any too and would like to get it back, they are among the few reliable

What seemed like the perfect platform for investing was actually a massive scam.Electra Bernard, my "financial adviser," was really helpful and communicated well right up until the last minute. But as it turned out, this was dangerous conduct. She communicated with me on a daily basis for more than four months!She appeared to be successful, but she actually "made" a good amount of money by trading. Worconsultd on Google helped me get my money back, and for that I am glad. She sent me an email with "documents" when I asked for the withdrawal, asking for a £90k "Liability check reverse payment" to be sent to a Bitcoin address in order to collect my earnings. It was a fraud.

Terrible online delivery experience. I always provide my full address including door number. They always manage to not put the full address on the package which then causes problems with the delivery services here and delay in shipping. Nothing changes despite so much feedback on this from customers

I would be more than happy to assist,I had similar experience, This scams keeps growing with no ending in sight, We hope this stops and the authorities get more grip on things, I have been scammed severally but I was able to get my funds back after weeks of consultations from Authstag made a lot of things easier for me to figure out..

Never trust the positive ratings—they are all part of a scam. They are just robbing you of your money. If you give them any money, I can guarantee you that you won't see it again. After that, I looked up Authstag and contacted their staff. They looked into it, and their company returned my money along with my profit.

The Mango Flagship store has Bed bugs that’s the 5th Ave store in NY for those of you that don’t know. The issue has been relayed to management, and they are doing nothing about it. It’s sad that they hit the $13 million dollar mark this December 2023 and you refuse to address the issue.
