“The Mango Flagship store has Bed bugs that’s the 5th Ave store in NY for those of you that don’t know. The issue has been relayed to management, and they are doing nothing about it. It’s sad that they hit the $13 million dollar mark this December 2023 and you refuse to address the issue.”

“I’ve been purchasing on line because it’s very convenient. The efficiency is very slow compared to other online orders with other stores. After 2 days of no action after my purchase, I contacted them, polite but seems powerless. Finally received an email on the 3rd day that it’s being processed. On the 4th day I received an email stating my delivery date on the 7th day since purchase. This is the slowest process I had for online clothing store where purchases can be time sensitive as I needed my purchase for travel. Obviously it was too late and I will leave without it. I don’t know what the return process is.”

“I don't understand why there is always a man In the ladys bathroom. Can you please fix this! It has happened 4 times. First time, guy in lady's stalll guess not knowing if he's a guy or a lady, but full force man's voice, body and physique. 2nd time guy 6'4 washing his hands next to in a red dress that was to small he didn't know what he was. But he had the nerve to complain about the ladies bathroom line. , Third time a guy in handicap talks to his buddy on his phone in the lady's bathroom . My final straw, a full blown illegal Mexican immigrant In the ladies bathroom. He claimed he didn't speak English. What the hell!! 4 times To many!!!!”

“Love their clothes, although very overpriced for what you get and the sizes are bigger than what you expect. I can forgive all these things but their delivery...my goodness, sure does take a VERY long time. Also when you query, they don't resolve anything, rather they shift the blame on their courier and get back to you when its shipped. It really shouldn't be taking longer than a week in my opinion. Website is also really bad, really needs refreshing in terms of updating when new items come in...I end up finding so many new things in the individual categories than the new in category. Another thing they need to sort out is the delivery info as it doesn't allow you to track your order!”

“Nice clothes, shame about the customer service which is utterly appalling. I waited almost 2 months for a refund after my parcel was delivered to the wrong address.”
