HORRIBLE. I had a wedding and bought a nice trench coat to wear to event; the order canceled itself THREE times, due to "out of stock". Even though, the item was actually never out of stock on the website, just internally I guess. They don't update their inventory; I spent a whole month buying the coat over and over and still haven't found a solution. Ive waited hours on the phone for them to have no solution or idea of situation. I got no trench coat for the wedding.
