Bad expirience with customer services: I made a complaint by phone via 0900 number, nor on the website nor during the call I was told they charged for their help. I had to pay almost 15 eur for the call I found out later when I received the bill of my mobile provider! I told Mango about this, but they could not give a refund was the reaction. I am a loyal customer for many years now, helas this was the last time I placed an order with them!
