Will never make the mistake of ordering online again!!
Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still shows ready for dispatch. Allowed the full 10 working days before contacting to chase delivery and all they can say is the order should dispatch very soon. They cannot confirm when, or what delivery service will be used and will not escalate my complaint to a manager.
