I am a regular shopper at Mixology and normally my shopping experience is excellent. However this last shopping spree was a complete let down. I placed an order and received a confirmation email for that order. 3 weeks went by and I hadn’t received any updates or any items that were purchased. I reached out and sent an email inquiry at which time I learned that most of the sale items I had ordered were no longer available. Shortly thereafter (the usual 2 day delivery time) I received the remainder of the items I had ordered. I was very disappointed. I should have received an email update or notification to my order when I placed my order. It should not have taken 3 weeks and I should not have been the one to reach out first.
