I recently purchased a Scouts shirt from the Scouts Shop, but it was too big. I followed the store's return procedure carefully, ordering the correct size and returning the incorrect one. However, to my frustration, the incorrect item was posted back to me. They claimed they couldn’t verify that the item came from their store, despite being the only UK retailer for Scouts shirts. To make matters worse, their ordering system didn’t provide any receipts or confirmations after purchase or delivery, leaving me with no proof. This experience was disappointing and frustrating, and I expected a much better service from the Scouts Shop.
