An i.scout polo shirt I have is a Large. I bought (and just returned) an fleur de lys polo shirt that was a 2XL - and it was too tight. My son is a Medium in all items yet it was the Large size that we had to get for him to be a reasonable fit in your latest polo shirts. I suggest you get one of each type of polo shirt and compare sizes - it will save your customers a lot of hassle having to return items, and it would drop the number of returned items that you have to deal with.
