Ordering process was simple, though some items went out-of-stock between preparing my order and paying for it a few days later. It was a bit concerning when the order went from 'processing' to 'on hold' in a matter of minutes, though the FAQ does explain it's to do with ordering certain badges (would have been better if that was included in the email). Delivery was fairly quick, all items arrived well-packed and in good condition.
