Generally very good and a good product selection. There's some scope for improvement in making the product selection process more youth and parent friendly including: 1. making the product selection process more appealing to young people so they can select what they want; 2. appeal to parents and volunteers - in South Wales we are struggling to recruit parent volunteers and assistant scout leaders so products that give wearers a sense of belonging and place is important; 3. more products for the UK home nations and regions; and 4. as the warmer weather approaches a better selection of caps and hats. big thanks, keep up the good work
