I found my first experience of the Scout store quite frustrating as many of the items I wanted (mostly badges) were out of stock for over a month. Unfortunately there is not a facility to pre-order on items that are currently out of stock which means you have to keep checking back on the website. If items being out of stock going to a regular thing I think it would be useful to have a pre-order function or at least an email alert system that emails a user when their selected items are in stock... Having said that; once I was able to place my order, it arrived within 3-5 working days (via a trackable courier) and was 100% correct.
