The concern that I have is dealing with postage & packaging for small and light items we are still charge the normal postage.
I do find a bit steep, and in the past have enquired over the phone and receive arrogant response.
Recently I bought two cloth badges and it only cost you one first class stamp.
We are volunteers might be an idea to a scale of postage and different ways to collect. Just a idea.
