Before Christmas I returned a set of staged hike badges which were sent to me instead of the nights away I requested. I still have not received the correct badges or a refund despite phonecalls and emails. My latest order was correct and prompt. However, I avoid using the official Scout store as much as possible as I find the customer service at best inept and at worst shocking. They seem to have no compunction in taking money off their own leaders and Scout groups for incorrect, missing and bad quality products.
