It was impossible to judge what size top I was getting as women's clothes are not measured by width when laid flat. Considering I have to have uniform and the price of it I wouldn't have thought actual sizes and even a women's version rather than unisex was too much to ask for.
So yes I got what I ordered and I got it quickly but I paid the earth and as I couldn't risk too small it is of course too big, but hey room to breath.
