Hi, I got information via the scout store website on delivery and it's stated that products will be delivered via Royal Mail. However, when it was sent to my country in Malaysia, it wasn't sent via Royal Mail (will be passed to Pos Malaysia) and due to that, the local private courier (not Pos Malaysia) here needs to pay a sum as tax before products can be released to the said courier for delivery and of course I needed to pay for the tax. That was the first delivery and as there were still pending orders (Gilwell Scarfs; out of stock), I contacted the scout store via email to inform about my predicament and to request for my scarfs to be sent via Royal Mail. However, when the scarfs arrived, they were still sent using the local private courier and I had to pay the tax for the 2nd time. I have paid £30 for delivery and another £65 for tax. It's really disappointing as I didn't get the service which I thought could have been easily facilitated by the scout store.
