Orders are always dispatched promptly (latest one arriving in less than 48 hours). However there was a picking error this time (Scout book sent instead of Cub book), requiring a return & replacement and meaning a delay.
Any previous issues I've had have been around the size of adult clothing (sizes not being the same as other suppliers), but all have been dealt with promptly.
