Ordered 40 year service award x 2. Initial response was that it was on its way but nothing received. Some 2 weeks later received an email to confirm my details and when the award was presented. Not a problem. I believe that Compass is the main issue. I chased, through Gilwell, this award and I understand this type of award the record take a while to catch up. Eventually dated 1 January 2019. Good that due caution is taken to gains extra badges.
