I purchased an item which was listed in 'as new condition' it arrived stained and with a broken zip. It's not wearable.
I did email feedback to the shop about it.
I have purchased from this shop before and items received were as described. But this occasion was so absolutely disappointing it took away any good feeling about purchases. I feel lied too.
