“The clothes available for resale are such high quality - both retro Australian and international brands which would be collectors items, as well as current styles from all boutiques. Most of which I could never afford, so thrilled to be able now wear "brands".
The clothes are exactly as described in detail and the great photos on the website show every angle and closeups.
The fits are therefore perfect.
The customer service is remarkable and very personal.
For a charity it is hard to believe their turnaround and delivery is faster than most large mass retailers.
The clothes arrive smelling super fresh, immaculate condition and individually wrapped in pink tissue paper. With a gorgeous designed card. It makes every delivery feel like Santa gifting me early gifts.
Out of all the online charities this is by far the best shopping experience. it is also the quickest as their filters on price and size etc work brilliantly.
They deliver so quickly.
Everyone should also subscribe to their weekly enews. My goodness their specials are snapped up quickly and no wonder - some amazing unique pieces. The goods donated come from one of Sydney's wealthiest areas so the range is amazing. I thank the donors as well as the staf.
