I have been using The Man Shake now for 18mths and over that time have lost 29kg. It has completely changed my life - I am the healthiest and fittest I have been since I was a teenager. I have tried all 3 of the new Man Shake GO! flavours and they are all top notch. My early favourite was the Vanilla Latte but I have now switched to Espresso. I used to drink so many Dare Iced Coffees and this is by far the best, closest thing I have ever tasted to it - and not only does it taste good but I'm getting a really healthy protein rich breakfast too. I'll be ordering more of Vanilla Latte and Espresso - Mocha whilst it tastes good isn't for me as I'm not into Chocolate and Coffee as a mix. Definitely worth trying for yourself - and if you're looking to get your own health and weight back on track I cannot recommend The Man Shake more highly - it has and continues to be a game changer for me personally!!
