“Ive lost 12kg in 6 weeks thats proof enough and nothing is perfect some flavours I dont like others I do and you need to increase water and it must be cold in shakes man bars same find what suits you not rocket science”

Figuring it wouldn't be very creamy if made with water, I went for the milk option and let it set in the fridge for an hour. Yet still, it was truly horrible.
Very unpleasant texture and not at all enjoyable taste. My partner and I both threw it out.
It just seemed like the man shake choc powder with some more thickening agents added.
I am a big advocate of the manshake. I initially lost 14kgs using it and have been using it for almost 3 years now. The shakes really work and I have encouraged many friends to try it, all of whom have had similar success.
But I have to rate this "mousse" YUCK/10. Regretful purchase.”

“With my shakes i normally add more water and a little milk but because i wanted to try this at full flavour i went with a smaller shake (still added my usual 1:3 milk to water ratio, and oh my word this is delicious.
It has an amazing coffee hit but still smooth and extreamly easy to drink. so much easier compared to my usual grind and brew for my morning coffee.

“I have been using The Man Shake now for 18mths and over that time have lost 29kg. It has completely changed my life - I am the healthiest and fittest I have been since I was a teenager.
I have tried all 3 of the new Man Shake GO! flavours and they are all top notch. My early favourite was the Vanilla Latte but I have now switched to Espresso. I used to drink so many Dare Iced Coffees and this is by far the best, closest thing I have ever tasted to it - and not only does it taste good but I'm getting a really healthy protein rich breakfast too.
I'll be ordering more of Vanilla Latte and Espresso - Mocha whilst it tastes good isn't for me as I'm not into Chocolate and Coffee as a mix.
Definitely worth trying for yourself - and if you're looking to get your own health and weight back on track I cannot recommend The Man Shake more highly - it has and continues to be a game changer for me personally!!”
