“I love the banana shakes and expresso sachets shakes. I miss the passionfruit one :-( it got discontinued. Its so handy and all the shakes are so thick and very very filling. It goes so well with my workouts at the gym and pilates.”

“Started the man shake 9th January 2024 at 88.7kg now at 10th February 2024,81.3kg. This stuff really works. I have a shake for breakfast with 15ml of mct oil in it. And a shake for lunch without the oil. Then an evening meal.. Don.t feel hungry just energised. Now I can start some exercise to tone up a bit. Cheers guys this stuff really works.. Steve in WA..”

“With my shakes i normally add more water and a little milk but because i wanted to try this at full flavour i went with a smaller shake (still added my usual 1:3 milk to water ratio, and oh my word this is delicious.
It has an amazing coffee hit but still smooth and extreamly easy to drink. so much easier compared to my usual grind and brew for my morning coffee.

“I have been using The Man Shake now for 18mths and over that time have lost 29kg. It has completely changed my life - I am the healthiest and fittest I have been since I was a teenager.
I have tried all 3 of the new Man Shake GO! flavours and they are all top notch. My early favourite was the Vanilla Latte but I have now switched to Espresso. I used to drink so many Dare Iced Coffees and this is by far the best, closest thing I have ever tasted to it - and not only does it taste good but I'm getting a really healthy protein rich breakfast too.
I'll be ordering more of Vanilla Latte and Espresso - Mocha whilst it tastes good isn't for me as I'm not into Chocolate and Coffee as a mix.
Definitely worth trying for yourself - and if you're looking to get your own health and weight back on track I cannot recommend The Man Shake more highly - it has and continues to be a game changer for me personally!!”
“The Manshake GO Vanilla Latte flavour MAN this is so creamy and a strong coffee taste from the 2 shots of Brazilian coffee I have had this as a iced latte and also as a shake. its so good about the 3 new flavours as you can mix them up as you don't have to take them as a shake like the other flavours . this is what I did I experiment with them and thought of ways to use them as you would when you go to a coffee shot like i said in the other reviews get in quick before they run out as I don't know how long they will be around .

“The Manshake GO Espresso flavour how good is this the taste of it I was in heaven it is strong coffee taste I have had hot and also cold . I made it cold with some ice as a iced espresso and also had a espresso frappe again 2 shots of Brazilian coffee get in guys you definitely wont be disappointed”
“The Manshake GO f Mocha lavour is so nice and chocolatey you have the bit of hint of nice strong coffee from the 2 shot of Brazilian coffee . i have had it cold and hot and also it is not the same if your thinking of mixing chocolate and coffee together to make mocha not even close to it so guys get in before they all go you wont be disappointed.

“I've tasted all 3 Man Shake GO shakes and they are all very nice. The Brazilian Coffee that's been added is spot on. The Espresso is my favourite, strong flavour very enjoyable. Mocha is my second favourite, with its mix of Coffee & Chocolate balanced just right IMO! Third i give it to Vanilla Latte, a nice blend of Coffee & Cream. If you love a Coffee these are a must try! 10/10.”
