I used shop4whisky to buy two 10year old tobermorys as gifts for my father and father-in-law. There was a mistake with my initial order as only one of the bottles was delivered but with a receipt itemising both. As soon as i was able (which was two days after delivery) i rang the number very clearly given and was met with very pleasant reception, genuine apology, and the second bottle arrived in a matter of days with no complications or extra fees - problem solved!
