Excellent service with a difficult order from USA. When Royal Mail lost the order in transit, Leon fixed the situation, which involved a wedding gift to a friend in the UK. When the original bottle was no longer available, he allowed me to select a more expensive substitute, for which he refused further payment. The problem was not his fault, but he took it on! Very much appreciate his attentive service and will trust him completely with any future orders. Thanks, Leon!

I have now bought multiple times from Shop4whisky and I find the service excellent. Easy to use web site, great selection, Very good prices and very reliable. Every time I have ordered the items have been well packaged and delivered quickly. One of the best things for me is that Shop4whisky have free delivery included. I purchased a bottle of Fiji 2003 Duncan Taylor Rum for £49.49. Which I think was very good value for a cask strength, 10 Year Old single cask rum (Others I have seen cost twice as much). Many thanks to all at Shop4whisky for providing me with a first class service.

I ordered a bottle of whisky unobtainable from a lot of other online sellers but I’m delighted to say that not only did they have the whisky in question but it was delivered from Roy Bridge in the North of Scotland to Cornwall in two days flat from confirmation of order, Fantastic Five Star Service. AP

I can only echo the previous comments. They take payment immediately even when no stock, and provide neither delivery nor any communication. They do answer the phone (but not emails) and give a refund, but I shouldn't have to complain and they shouldn't accept orders which they can't deliver. I have received actual deliveries from them in the past, but I won't be using again and would not recommend anyone to use them until they sort themselves out.

I bought a bottle of Glenfiddich 12 years old. it tasted nothing like the real thing and I suspect was a counterfeit. Hence good price may be? Asked for a refund but no response . Wouldn’t touch them with barge pole.

I placed an order November 30, 2019. Despite several emails and messages on Facebook I have not receive any explanation or feedback regarding the delivery. It is now January 9, 2020 and still no delivery.

Disgraceful service, ordered two bottles of Whiskey over a week ago, the money was collected immediately, heard nothing since. Tried 3 different phone numbers none are answered, one number goes to an answer phone where a mobile number is given out, problem is the number is incorrect.left two emails, no reply. Terrible service.

Placed an order, and then I sent them a Facebook message enquiring about how long delivery might take. No response. Rang them. No response and no ability to leave message. Emailed. No response. Facebook messaged again and rang 2 more times. No response. As I live in Australia it is not cheap to call the UK, and this was ordered as a gift and I was worried as there was no despatch email. Luckily item arrived but hugely frustrating dealing with a company that blantantly ignores you.

I made an order of $300+ (£220), was told the order was "dispatched" in an email, and no product ever arrived. Five emails over two months went unreturned. No word, no product, money gone.

Very aweful service and delivery. I ordered over £500 worth of whisky from their that appeared to be available before the Christmas 2017. After taking my money straight away, they told in the second week of Jan 2018 that they had ran out of the whisky I ordered and can give me a refund. Then a week after I agree to get a refund, I still have not received the money nor reply from them. Basically, they have helf £500 from me for over a month, without delivering the whisky they claimed to be available on their website. This experience has been a complete waste of time and my money.

Ordered a bottle of Glengoyne 18 year for a Christmas gift. Money has been paid and I've sent several emails yet to be answered. No whiskey as of yet so I will keep waiting. Terrible service.

Delivery sent to billing address. Fair play, might have been me but website would not accept a different delivery address. Eventually it did. Then confirmation email showed delivery was going to billing address at about 3.30 am. Sent urgent email (4am ish) saying, NO, please send to this delivery address. Next day email saying dispatched- nothing about my email so 3 email and 3 phone calls, no response. Then 9 pm , response- nothing to be done, order gone out. Nobody answers the phone! Worst service i have ever had. The £165 whisky arrived at billing address. I now have to get it to the birthday boy - late. Necer again!!

I never received the Scotch I ordered. The Seller has not responded to numerous e-mails in over 2 weeks.
