Excellent service with a difficult order from USA. When Royal Mail lost the order in transit, Leon fixed the situation, which involved a wedding gift to a friend in the UK. When the original bottle was no longer available, he allowed me to select a more expensive substitute, for which he refused further payment. The problem was not his fault, but he took it on!
