“Hi there Your delivery costs are the most when reviewed with your competitors. Almost double. Perhaps review your courier service? Your system doesn't keep correct records of stock. (Paid for 2 bottles of Glenmorangie Ealanta and you only had one unit.) Due to the currency exchange from South Africa and conversion commissions when paying the credit back, which also seems less than it should have been, a bottle that I purchased for 150 pounds landed up costing me R4400 add the 14% vat on my end and total cost was just over R5000. (285 pounds or there abouts) Clearly this investment will take 5 years before braking even at least if I'm lucky. If the two bottles had been supplied, no refund commissions involved and the extra costs split over two bottles, this would have been fine as planned. I don't think I will be purchasing from your site in the future. Also, being a prominent member of the whisky society in South Africa, the 7th biggest whisky market, I don't think I will be recommending your website for purchases from South Africa. “I didn't get the two bottles that i ordered. It took a while before they asked me if i were okay with only one bottle. The delivery of the ordered bottle took to long to reach me. I placed my order 29th of march and the bottle was delivered 15th of april. 2 and a half weeks is way too long. I'm happy that i placed my order with a lot of days to spare before my best buddies 40th birthday.”

“I placed my order on 6th March, It's now the 13th March and apart from an email saying it had been processed I've heard nothing else and have not received my order.”

“The order was delivered very quickly, and package very well for protection. Unfortunately one of the presentation boxes has been damage, this would of happen before packaging took place.”

“The service provided by shop 4 whisky was OK but unfortunately Parcel Force let them down. I was notified of despatch on the 18/10 but still no delivery and the last update on the parcel force website was delivered to depot on 21.10. No updates what so ever today so have no idea when the delivery will be made. Not very good considering that the order was now placed 1 week ago!”

“The whiskey box that the bottle came in must have been damaged before it was packed! As this is a present and not for personal use I am a little angry that more care should gave been taken in inspecting it before it was rapped up and sent out !”

“Good price for the item I ordered but didn't have more than 1 bottle in stock (wanted 2). When it did arrive it took 5 days via Parcel Force. Will still use again.”

“Placed order following review of range and prices,excellent selection and choice.Delivery said 2 - 5 days and full tracking available with queries quickly answered by Shop4whiskey. Unfortunately let down by carrier who left card with recipient and message to collect from post office.Still waiting to hear if transaction completed after 7 days.”
