“Very aweful service and delivery. I ordered over £500 worth of whisky from their that appeared to be available before the Christmas 2017. After taking my money straight away, they told in the second week of Jan 2018 that they had ran out of the whisky I ordered and can give me a refund. Then a week after I agree to get a refund, I still have not received the money nor reply from them. Basically, they have helf £500 from me for over a month, without delivering the whisky they claimed to be available on their website. This experience has been a complete waste of time and my money.”

“Ordered a bottle of Glengoyne 18 year for a Christmas gift. Money has been paid and I've sent several emails yet to be answered. No whiskey as of yet so I will keep waiting. Terrible service.”

“Hi there Your delivery costs are the most when reviewed with your competitors. Almost double. Perhaps review your courier service? Your system doesn't keep correct records of stock. (Paid for 2 bottles of Glenmorangie Ealanta and you only had one unit.) Due to the currency exchange from South Africa and conversion commissions when paying the credit back, which also seems less than it should have been, a bottle that I purchased for 150 pounds landed up costing me R4400 add the 14% vat on my end and total cost was just over R5000. (285 pounds or there abouts) Clearly this investment will take 5 years before braking even at least if I'm lucky. If the two bottles had been supplied, no refund commissions involved and the extra costs split over two bottles, this would have been fine as planned. I don't think I will be purchasing from your site in the future. Also, being a prominent member of the whisky society in South Africa, the 7th biggest whisky market, I don't think I will be recommending your website for purchases from South Africa. “Very poor experience so far. It's been 5 days since I purchased the whiskey and I have not received the product. There has been no update on dispatch or delivery. Mails have not been responded to even though the mail from Shop4whiskey says reply to it for enquiries. If I don't receive the product in next couple of days I shall raise dispute with my bank to get my money back.”

“A totally incompetent outfit, do not take notice of delivery requests, Do not reply to emails, when they do its far too late to be of any use. STAY WELL CLEAR IS MY ADVICE”

“My order was delivered next door. It was left on their back door step, there was no note to say this had been done. I was in all day when it was delivered. I left extra instructions that if nobody in could be left in my green house in the back garden. Really poor delivery service.”
