Whisky did not arrive within stated time ~ when I 'phoned up asking what had happened to order it transpired that the order had NOT even been sent ~ yet monies had been taken from my account.
I was offered a full refund or 24hr Parcel Force delivery ~ chose the latter,whisky arrived on friends birthday.
I was pleased that every effort was made to get whisky there on time but at the same time I was annoyed that the order was not followed through properly.
