I called because the instructions on the product is wrong. The dull side is the carrier or transfer. The shiny side is the actual vinyl. If you follow instructions not only are you messing up your needle. Your messing up product ease see photo. When called and explained this I was told I would get a call from a manager didn't happen. Instead I got an email irrelevant to my issue.
