When placing my order, I choose the express shipping option(1-3days). I ordered the item Sunday night, expecting it to be here by Wednesday. I paid an extra $9.99 for this shipping and the item is still going to be late! Called customer service, the person I spoke to was very rude. I will never order from here again!
