This company packages their vinyl rolled up on a hard cardboard roll wrapped in thick clear plastic (very well packaged). Great customer service, great product, and fast shipping. Shipping costs $4.99 for 3-5 day shipping. They have a couple of other faster shipping options that cost more than the $4.99. I highly recommend this company for permanent vinyl.
