If you wish to return a wig and they say ship to 1829 stanley st northbrook, il RUN. Don't purchase from any site that has that address as the return place. I purchased a wig that was absolutely nothing like the picture. I asked them if I could return it and they said yes. I sent it and paid for shipping and they sent it right back to me and said they couldn't accept it because the original packaging was messed up. So I actually lost more money. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY WITH THAT ADDRESS EVER AGAIN. Shophairwigs, ebonyonline, all of them are the same. There's a reason why they don't show you all the images in all colors of the wig. Do yourself a favor and just save money for a real one because these people are scammers
