“Ebonyline.com and Shophairwigs.com are the same company. Poor customer service and they sell defective and damaged products. In the past year every time I order wigs from them, the order ends up arriving damaged or dry-rotted. The have no phone number so you are at the mercy of their incredibly slow email system in order to reach a customer service representative.”
“The wig that I ordered was not the wig that was sent. I did not wear it, take the tags off, or even detach it from the packaging it was in. When I contacted the company, I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee of 20% as well as the postage to return it. Be careful with this company, I think they just do bait and switch on items they're trying to get rid of.”
“Placed an order for two wigs and 1 minutes after I placed it I reached out to them by email to change the color of one of the wigs because somehow the color changed from what I had originally selected when i paid for it. Of course they have no phone number for you to call them, only email. They responded saying the new order hasn’t been processed in the system yet. Not too long after that after that I receive a text saying my order was being shipped. I reach out to them to say I hope they were able to change the color and they told me they were unable to make the change because it was still processing in the system so they shipped it out without making any changes. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. All of this happened wothin 1 to 2 hours. Definitely will not be ordering from them anymore. I should have read all the negative customer service reviews before I ordered. So now I’ll never order from shophairwigs.com nor ebonyline.com since they are the same company”

I received a clown red wig instead of a burgundy & black wig. When I emailed them I was told I'm not guaranteed to get the color on line. They are only color swatches and I'd have to pay 20% restock fee & additional fee for shipping. Some body named Larissa sent a very nasty email. Save your money and avoid the headache.”
