Ebonyline.com and Shophairwigs.com are the same company. Poor customer service and they sell defective and damaged products. In the past year every time I order wigs from them, the order ends up arriving damaged or dry-rotted. The have no phone number so you are at the mercy of their incredibly slow email system in order to reach a customer service representative.
