I gave them a 1. But I wished they had a 0. The 1st issue is It took almost 2 weeks to receive my item. They sent me the wrong color wig. I received a clown red wig instead of a burgundy & black wig. When I emailed them I was told I'm not guaranteed to get the color on line. They are only color swatches and I'd have to pay 20% restock fee & additional fee for shipping. Some body named Larissa sent a very nasty email. Save your money and avoid the headache.
