The wig that I ordered was not the wig that was sent. I did not wear it, take the tags off, or even detach it from the packaging it was in. When I contacted the company, I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee of 20% as well as the postage to return it. Be careful with this company, I think they just do bait and switch on items they're trying to get rid of.
