Shop wigs is awful first of all they are not giving you the products that u are ordering.Secondly they sent me two of the same wigs.Thirdly the parts on the wigs are too big .Fourthly overall the wigs are horrible please do not order from these people they are scams and the reviews on their page is fictitious and made up by people who are either blind or with bad taste .DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered two different wig styles, which based on the website appeared to be in stock. My order was confirmed and I waited for an email with shipping information. After 4 days, I called customer service to see when my items would be shipped because they are only a state away items shouldn't take more than 2 days to arrive. It was at that moment that the woman said that one of the styles wasn't available, they were waiting for it to come in from a distributor and my order would probably not ship out for another 4 or 5 days. More than a week after my original order. When I inquired why there isn't a system in place to notify the customer that one or more of their items isn't available to allow them to decide to wait, cancel, or modify their order, I was told their system isn't set-up that way. So basically, I wouldn't have known the situation if I didn't call to ask. So meanwhile, the available item sits there waiting until the backordered item comes in; because, and I quote, "We don't split orders". The customer service rep. was short tempered and rude. This is the second time I've had this specific order problem. I thought after staying away for a year or two may have given time to be more efficient, but no. Even with the cancellation of the unavailable item, the available one still wouldn't be shipped for another possible 48 hours, from a place that offers same day shipping, in a location that's 1 state away from the final delivery destination. Imagine how much better the experience could have been if there was a courtesy email sent immediately with the change in availability; if the customer service was friendly, courteous, and efficient; and if there was a willingness to recognize that they are at fault and an attempt be made to find a way to accommodate for the customer's inconvenience. Something different than what they did, which is basically nothing but say in a-round-about way, "It is what it is, take it or leave it."

I ordered my wig on Valentine's day paid for 3day shipping still have not receive my wig it is not the 23rd

SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a wig from this site and got a email a day later indicating that the hair color for the wig I wanted was out of stock and was given a list of available colors to choose from. When I sent them the new color I chose, I heard nothing back and the wig was supposed to be delivered US priority mail. Days passed without a tracking number or notification of delivery. So when I called customer service that was when they said the second color was also sold out! Well when were they planning to let me know that? I asked for a refund. Now let’s see if I even get that back. Stay away at all costs. They are a “middle man” scam website that lure you in with a discounted price and availability of the product, then up charge you with shipping costs only to then say the item isn’t available, but by then they have your money! They never have anything in stock and buy from the distributor before sending it to you, and that’s if you even receive it!

Don’t waste your time. I ordered 3 bags of hair purposely two weeks in advance of my hair appointment and I had to write them after 7 days why hasn’t it shipped. I was told they only had 1 bag “in stock” but yet I was still charged for the whole order. I had to cancel

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They emailed me saying that they didn’t have the color that i requested in stock. I replied immediately, indicating that I wanted to cancel the order since they could not fulfill my order within the requested time period. I ordered the wig with expediting since I wanted to gift it to my aunt before she travelled. After no one answered my email, I called the customer service number the next morning and left a voicemail. Mind you, this is some kind of Chinese company probably with a fake USA number. The voicemail message had a woman speaking in broken English. No one returned my call. I called 3 more times and sent 3 more emails. None of my calls or emails were answered. I was hoping that someone would eventually refund my order and maybe they didn’t feel like talking to me. But, about TWO WEEKS LATER, I got an email saying thay the shipment went out with expedited shipping, per my original order. This made no sense because, if they HAD to send the wig, they could’ve at least removed expedited shipping. At this point my aunt had long left town and there was no urgency for receiving the wig. i replied again, asking them to cancel the order, but no one answered. 3 days later, the wig was delivered while I was at work. This company is totally unresponsive and unprofessional. BUT IT GETS WORSE. I never use the particular credit card which I used to place this order - which was intentional, because I wasn’t going to use my primary checking account for an online wig purchase. A month after this whole debacle, a Chinese bus company fraudulently charged this credit card $500. I had to dispute the charge and eventually cancelled the credit card. I have never heard of this bus company, nor have I travelled by bus in the past few years. It was highly suspicious that this same credit card had fraud and that the fraud was committed by another Chinese company. In sum, it appears that not only are they unprofessional, but shophairwigs.com is criminal.

This company is the absolute worst. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR EBONYLINE.....Same company...same problems. I spent almost $300 with these people and have yet to receive any wig almost a month later. I need all my money back ASAP

I just ordered a wig on yesterday, they took my money and then emailed me the next day stating my 2 choices of colors were out of stock. I believe I should've been informed when I selected those colors before submitting my purchase. So I will have to wait an additional 5-7 days before I receive my item...stick with sam's beauty.com or glamourtress

I purchased a faux china bang and bun and it was under $7 and they are so easy to put on and looks really nice. I've gotten a lot of compliments and would really recommend to ladies to check it out!
