Wig quality is HORRIBLE. May be second lots or inferior product shipped in regular brand name packaging. Worse although I sent a return the NEXT DAY after receipt with their return authorization, they declined reimbursement stating that the items did not meet their return policy. BOGUS! It was the next business day from receipt. THEY DO NOT HONOR RETURNS. False advertisement! BEWARE!
