I had a terrible experience with Shoppers Stop. I strongly do not recommend buying anything from them. After receiving the product, they didn’t update the delivery status on their website for 3 days. Because of this delay, I was unable to exchange the product on time. Every time I called customer care, they sent useless, repeated emails asking for product images, invoice, and box details—clearly just a tactic to waste time and avoid processing the exchange. Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with. The agents are unhelpful, don’t know how to talk to customers, and give no real solutions. Overall, very disappointing experience. Will never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay away from Shoppers Stop.
