“I had a terrible experience with shopperstop online shopping. For returning the dress I couldnt not able to raise return request through app, as it is showing some error. Somehow i managed to raise a return request after placing dozens of calls and mails to the customer care. But its been more than a month still i didn't get my retund amount. I never recomment anyone to purchase in shopperstop. Worst shopping experience.”

After receiving the product, they didn’t update the delivery status on their website for 3 days.
Because of this delay, I was unable to exchange the product on time.
Every time I called customer care, they sent useless, repeated emails asking for product images, invoice, and box details—clearly just a tactic to waste time and avoid processing the exchange.
Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with. The agents are unhelpful, don’t know how to talk to customers, and give no real solutions.
Overall, very disappointing experience. Will never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay away from Shoppers Stop.”
