"Very poor customer service. Recieved fully broken item and have been following from the day we recieved the item. But till now no one came for return pick up. After sharing multiple photographs of the damaged product and repeated mails explaining the challenge, we got a message that return is scheduled but no one turned up for pick up. Again connected with customer service but no response. Pathetic service. Even took the material to the shopper stop store at Bannerghatta as we have the first citizen club black membership but they were not ready to exchange or return citing that it as online purchase. Very frustrated with the experience"
