I ordered on 9th sept 2025, and the order did not go thru but the gift voucher of Rs 6000/- were redeemed. Even after repeated calling and emailing they are neither placing the order and nor refunding. Every time I call them they say they are taking it on priority basis and they will sort out the issue in next 24-48 hrs. My case acknowledgement no is : “CAS-497038-Y5F2G3” Pls do not buy from shoppers stop online they have no system in place and your vouchers of any amount will be gone forever without any resolution additionally you will have task to chase them in vain which is really frustrating. Will certainly post another review as and when the voucher money is returned.
