Had a very bad experience with online shoppers stop.had to follow up for refund from June end to August for exchange and refund. More than 15 emails and 30plus calls,hours of follow up went in vain. Still amount refund is not deposited back to my account.zero stars.would not recommend at all.infact it's better they shut down
