I had a terrible experience with shopperstop online shopping. For returning the dress I couldnt not able to raise return request through app, as it is showing some error. Somehow i managed to raise a return request after placing dozens of calls and mails to the customer care. But its been more than a month still i didn't get my retund amount. I never recomment anyone to purchase in shopperstop. Worst shopping experience.
