I purchased a coffee table on 18th June of worth Rs 44, 100 from this website.
I did not receive the product until 5th of Aug, that too after disputing the transaction. And when I received the product, it was defective. I immediately reached out to them using multiple channels(whatsapp, call, email)- they acknowledged the complaint but never responded to return request(as per their return policy- https://shopps.in/refund_returns/).
