“I ordered a macrame swing and paid in advance via credit card and was promised delivery in 15 days .
I had to chase them for over a month to finally get the swing which was not the one I ordered.
Once again had to go on calling and messaging them with them promised using to replace it. But they never did .
They stopped answering my messages or calls and even changed their number.
Finally when I threatened to take legal action they replied to my message saying they will replace it but with no timeline. Basically never going to replace it ever. Lying and deliberately deceiving customers.
Now, they are refusing to once again answer or replace it . Pure deception and harassment.
Don't advise anyone to purchase or deal with them.”
“I cannot stress enough how much of a scam this website is. They constantly change their WhatsApp number after cheating people, making it impossible to reach them once you’ve made a payment. There’s no physical address listed—just a vague claim of being an online-only store that can deliver pan India.
They demand payment upfront, and once you’ve paid, good luck trying to contact them! Their invoice has GST number which is valid, but belongs to some random company. After reading this, they might try to fix things to appear legitimate, but I warn you—do not trust them. You will lose your money.
I filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime department after waiting over 1.5 months with no response to my order or my inquiries. Save yourself the frustration and don’t fall for their tricks!”

“A wall decor has been ordered and received but the website picture was misleading. It was a tacky material with a cheap quality paint which comes off on scratching. At the time there was no proper customer support to reach out and after finally when I managed to reach them and the seller, I was asked to take down the review from the internet to process my return request, which is absurd. Finally after 1 month I managed to get my refund.

1. Low quality, and

Once they collect the cash, they become unresponsive. I bought an expensive dining table from them. They didn’t send receipt until I chased them for it. There was no mention of delivery and there is no place to call. Only a number in which they will call back. After several chases they send 8 poorly made chairs and a 6 seater dining quality – an absolute disaster. Now that they have got the full cash, there is nothing a customer can do about it. When buying expensive furniture buy it in person or from a trusted vendor not from this scamster”
